Bell County Fugitive Apprehended

(Arjay,Ky) On November 01, 2011 Kentucky State Police Post 10 Harlan received a call at 1030 a.m. reference the whereabouts of Virgil Durham. Post 10 Troopers responded to an address off KY 66 in the Arjay community of Bell Co.
Once Troopers arrived at the residence, Mr. Durham was taken into custody. Virgil Durham was a wanted fugitive from Kentucky Department of Probation and Parole and Kentucky State Police. Mr. Durham, 31 years old from Arjay, was charged with the following charges. Speeding Fleeing or evading police 1st deg No motorcycle license Reckless driving Persistent felony offender Wanton Endangerment------ 5 –Counts Terroristic Threatening ---- 5-- Counts Parole Violation charge Kidnapping Assault 4th deg Theft of a motor vehicle Over $500.00
