Jimmy Wayne "Johnny" Henson, age 47, of Manchester, passed away on Thursday, November 1st, 2012 at his residence. He was born November 11th, 1964, to the union of Daugh & Joan Lewis Henson. He was affiliated with the Light House Holiness and Curry Branch Holiness churches.
He is survived by his wife, Alma Melissa Roberts Henson; a son, Jonathan Glen Henson and fiancee', Ashley France; daughter, Ashely Debra LaShae Henson Murray and husband John; and a grandchild, Connor Isaiah Murray, all of Manchester.
He is also survived by his parents, Daugh and Joan Lewis Henson, and the following brothers and sisters: Curtis Henson and wife Tammy, Linda France and husband Vernon, and Rachel Sester, all of Manchester. Also surviving are two nieces: Lindsey Sester and Bella Roberts.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Lucy and William Lewis and Cordia and Curt Henson, and one sister, Jeanie Henson.
Funeral services for Jimmy Wayne "Johnny" Henson will be 1 p.m. Sunday at the Britton Funeral Home chapel with George Roberts, Rick Holt, and Donnie Mathis officiating. Burial will follow at the Curry Cemetery at Horse Creek.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Saturday at the Britton Funeral Home.
