"Honky Tonk Angel" Sam Roark is coming home for Clay County Days

Nashville Recording artist and Manchester, Kentucky's very own "Honky Tonk Angel", Sam Roark with Dillon Carmichael featuring South Rock will be performing at the 2012 Clay County Days Festival Friday and Saturday nights August 31 - Sept. 01, 2012.

South Rock is a high energy hard rocking band based in Danville, Kentucky made up of Springfield, Kentucky's fabulous and masterful lead picker Mark Spencer and from Danville, Kentucky is drummer Chris "Thunderfoot" Gay. Sealing the deal and also from Danville is bass guitarist Ron Farris
Friday: 9:00 P.M on the Main Stage.
Saturday: 9:00 P.M. in the Budweiser Tent.
Sam Roark's 1st two professional singles from her Joe Sun produced album "Check Out Girl" made the Top 10 on most all the well known country music charts and are still being played around the world, so far they have received nearly 50,000 airplays and still counting.
Her recently released single "Oh Baby" is following the same path.
Dillon Carmichael, a naturally talented up and coming young Nashville singer/songwriter with an amazing voice gives credit for all this natural ability to his grandfather Harold Montgomery and uncles, John Michael Montgomery and Eddie Montgomery who makes up one half of the fantastic duo "Montgomery Gentry". "It's all the great musical genes I inherited" said Dillon.
