(Harlan) Kentucky State Police Post 10 Harlan received a call at 2:32am stating that Joshua R. Holden, 28 years old, was in the East brook area. Holden was reported to be under the influence of illegal drugs and was attempting to fight with residences in the area. Joshua Holden was located by Kentucky State Police and arrested.

A short time later, Joshua escaped from Kentucky State Police custody and has not been located since.

Joshua Holden was last seen in the EastBrook/Black Joe areas. Joshua is 5’11 tall, weighs 160 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes. Charges are pending at this time.
