Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Bryon Lawson arrested two individuals on Friday afternoon December 8, 2017 approximately 2:54 PM.
The arrests occurred on West City Dam Road. Approximately 10 miles south of London after two individuals in a vehicle were found in possession of drug paraphernalia – two needles in the vehicle – one loaded and one unused.
The two individuals arrested were identified as:
• The driver of the vehicle Justin McCulley age 32 of Bay Wood Lane, Gray -Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia
• The passenger in the vehicle identified as Kelly Ward age 34 of Walters Cemetery Road, Williamsburg -Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
