Manchester, Ky. - The Manchester Police Department is reporting that on Saturday, May-2-2015 MPD Officers arrested Kenneth Bowling of Manchester (Clay County Jail records indicate that Bowling is age 21 of Oneida, KY).
While on patrol Sgt. Jeff Collett observed a black 2013 Dodge passenger car that appeared to have an altered registration decal.
After a traffic stop was initiated and an investigation conducted by Officer Jeff Senters, it was determined Bowling was in fact under the influence.
Bowling was charged with no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, operating on DUI suspended license, and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
A 17 year old male juvenile that was a passenger in the vehicle was taken by Sgt. Collett and released to his mother.
