Manchester, Ky. - MPD is reporting that on Monday, May 26, 2015 Manchester Police officers responded to Church St. Apts. to investigate a fight complaint.
Upon arrival officers did not immediately locate anyone in the area fighting.
While investigating, officers did locate one subject that was wanted in Laurel County on an outstanding warrant.
Sgt. Jeff Collett arrested Lucille Henson age 54 of Manchester, and lodged her in the Clay County Detention Center.
MPD Lt. George Stewart and KSP Trooper Josh Wilson also responded to the scene.
