Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Larry Parrott along with Sgt. Robbie Grimes arrested Jonathan Rawlings age 28 of Highway 421 N., Manchester on Tuesday evening May 26, 2015 at approximately 5:39 PM.
The arrest was the result of a traffic stop following a complaint Deputy Parrott received about a silver colored Buick Century that had just left the Laurel County detention Center parking lot.
When Deputy Parrott stopped the vehicle on E. 5th St. in London, he determined that the driver was driving on DUI suspended license – second offense.
In addition, this subject was charged with numerous other traffic violations. Also Deputy Parrott learned that this subject was wanted on a Clay County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court regarding a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
Jonathan Rawlings was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
