Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Keith Dinsmore arrested Jacob Buttery age 24 of McWhorter Road, London, on Saturday morning, August 29, 2015, at approximately 11:05 AM.
The arrest occurred off McWhorter Road, approximately 13 miles east of London after this subject was arrested on a fugitive warrant from the Logan County Sheriff's Department, Bellefontaine, Ohio. This subject was wanted on a charge of theft of drugs, a felony in the fourth degree.
Allegedly, this subject was wanted for taking a lock box from a residence in Ohio containing 75 Percocets.
Jacob Buttery was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
The Logan County Sheriff Department in Ohio advised they would extradite this subject back to Ohio.
