Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that deputy Brandon Broughton along with Deputy Kyle Gray and Deputy Travis Napier arrested Timothy Jones 36 of Echo Valley Rd., Lily on Wednesday afternoon November 25, 2015 at approximately 4:31 PM.
The arrest occurred off Echo Valley Road, approximately 5 miles south of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint that a male subject had allegedly struck his mother.
When deputies arrived at the scene they determined that this subject was under the influence – this subject stated he had been drinking all day and had struck his mom in the back of the head and destroyed things in the residence.
Timothy Jones was charged with assault – fourth degree – domestic violence and public intoxication – controlled substances and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
