Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Brandon Broughton arrested a Roy Dugger Road resident on Sunday evening May 1st, 2016 at approximately 6:39 P.M.
Arrested was Stephanie Deible age 49 of Roy Dugger Road, London, KY.
The arrest occurred off Roy Dugger Road, approximately 5 miles west of London after Deputy Broughton was dispatched to a fight complaint there.
When Deputy Broughton arrived at the scene he encountered this subject who was manifestly under the influence and had the odor of alcoholic beverages emitting from her person.
Deputy Broughton conducted an investigation and learned that this subject had allegedly been fighting with her brother and her sister and that she had punched her sister. Deputy Broughton located visible marks on the victim's neck during the investigation.
This subject was determined to be under the influence. This subject continued to scream and curse at her neighbors and her sister and asked Deputy Broughton several times if he had a Roxy 30 and she attempted to get EMS personnel to give her drugs in an IV. This subject stated she had used drugs within the last 24 hours and had drank beer all day before fighting with her siblings.
Stephanie Deible was charged with assault – fourth degree – domestic violence; public intoxication – controlled substances; and disorderly conduct – second-degree. This subject was also charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place and contempt of court.
This subject was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
