On 02/03/2012 Sheriff John Pickard and Deputy Keith Liford made a traffic stop on a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix owned by Knox County Resident Jeff Brown and driven by Knox County resident Marsha Vaughn on Ky 223.

Officers were assisted on the scene by Deputy Claude Hudson and Detective Bobby Oneil from the Two Rivers Drug Task Force.

Both subjects were charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine and lodged in the Knox County Jail.
