(London KY) On Tuesday January 31^st 2012 around 3PM Officer Steven Douglas with the Kentucky State Police-Vehicle Enforcement conducted a traffic stop Northbound on I-75 near the 45 mile marker in Laurel Co Kentucky. 

An NCIC check found 39 yr old Sammy W. Riley of Lafollette Tennessee as a Wanted Fugitive by law enforcement through The State of Indiana. Riley has been wanted since 2007 on Receiving Stolen Property and Failure to Appear charges.

Riley was arrested without incident and lodged in The Laurel Co Detention center were he awaits extradition.  Officer Steven Douglas continues the investigation.
