(Berea, KY)- On Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 1:37 A.M. EDT the Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post was contacted by the Madison County Sheriffs Office concerning a shooting victim, Andrew Olson, in the St. Joseph Berea Emergency Room.

Troopers who responded to the hospital determined that the victim had been shot on Wolf Gap Road in Madison County.

Bobby Wills, 47 years old of Berea, was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree and lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

Detective Chris Short is the investigating officer and was assisted by Sergeant Steve Owen, Sergeant Toby Coyle, Trooper Kenny Sandusky and Trooper Aaron Hall.
