Attorney General Jack Conway has announced that a Logan County grand jury has returned an indictment against a Russellville, Ky. man following an investigation by General Conway's Cybercrimes Unit. The grand jury indicted 48-year-old Roger Cropper on four counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and one count of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.

Shelby County Man Sentenced to 121 Months for Possession of Child Pornography

Friday, July 29, 2011  

Attorney General Jack Conway today announced a 10 year prison sentence for a Shelby County man following his guilty plea in a child pornography case. Ronald Craig Hornback, 51, was sentenced on July 26 in U.S. District Court to 121 months in federal prison following his guilty plea to one count of receipt of child pornography. Hornback will also be required to register as a sex offender. Prosecution of this case was handled by Erin Roth in the United States Attorney's office for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
