Arrested without incident was: Ryan Segraves age 27 of Old Union Church Road, London charged with Wanton Endangerment, 2nd Degree, Escape, Fleeing And Evading Police and numerous other charges.

He had been placed on the Sheriff’s Most Wanted list after a short pursuit along Brown Road off KY 638 on July 31, 2013.

Segraves had been sought previously for failing to appear in Laurel District Court on 2 bench warrants, and on July 23, he had escaped custody while handcuffed in the back seat of Constable Tim May’s police cruiser, after cutting off the handcuffs.

On 7-31-13 Ryan Segraves was observed traveling Brown Road, and when Sheriff’s Deputy John Inman began following him, Segraves engaged in a short chase and then fled into a relatives house, out the back door and into the woods. He has a long legal history over the past several years.
