Murray, KY. – On February 4, 2020, at approximately 4:08 p.m., the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested James D. Harper, 57, on charges related to possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor.
LONDON, Ky. (February 4, 2020) - Keisha Pelote, 33, of Manchester, Kentucky, pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday, before U.S. District Judge Claria Horn Boom, to introduction of contraband to an inmate in federal prison.
