MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On March 30, 2019 at approximately 4:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested a Manchester man at AdventHealth Manchester.
Arrested was:
Curtis McKiddy, age 48 of South Highway 421.
The arrest occurred at AdventHealth Manchester when Deputy Edwards was notified of an individual exposing himself to an employee.
Once contact was made with the above mentioned subject Deputy Edwards determined he was under the influence.
