A Manchester man wanted on Indictment Warrant arrested

Clay County, Ky. -  Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On April 1st, 2019 at approximately 2:50 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested David Howard, 26 of Town Branch Road.

The arrest occurred on North Highway 11 when Deputy Edwards ran license plate information on a red Suzuki 4 door, it was confirmed through Clay County Dispatch the license plate had been cancelled due to not having insurance.

Deputy Edwards conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, upon contact with the driver Deputy Edwards ran his information through Clay County Dispatch where it showed he did not have a valid driver license and the subject had an Active Indictment Warrant for his arrest through Clay County Circuit Court.

David Howard, 26 was charged with:

  • Operating on Suspended/Revoked Operator License
  • Failure to transfer Motor Vehicle
  • Failure to owner to maintain required insurance
  • No Seat Belt
  • Serving Indictment Warrant for Court
