Three arrested at fight in Laurel County

Laurel County, Ky. -  Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Taylor McDaniel along with Deputy Hunter Disney and Deputy Travis Napier arrested three individuals off North Laurel Rd. approximately 8 miles north of London on Saturday afternoon March 30, 2019 at approximately 5:34 PM.

The arrests occurred after a fight apparently broke out between two female subjects which deputies attempted to break up, and a male subject there then created a disturbance with deputies as they attempted to make arrests.

The three arrested individuals were identified as:

Daniel A. Carroll age 31 of Somerset charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place; disorderly conduct – second-degree; resisting arrest.

Lensey Halcomb age 24 of Nancy, KY charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place; disorderly conduct – second-degree; resisting arrest.

Rachel N. Whitaker age 22 of Somerset charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place; resisting arrest; disorderly conduct – second-degree.

All three individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
