Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested Timothy Smallwood age 50 of Manchester on Saturday afternoon March 30, 2019 at approximately 1:13 PM.
The arrest occurred on Hal Rogers Parkway approximately 6 miles east of London after this subject was charged on a Boyle District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court.
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
