Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On April 9, 2019 at approximately 5:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Bobby Joe Grubb, 46 of Belles Fork Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Edwards was dispatched to a complaint on South Highway 421 at Mike’s Quick Stop of a male subject extremely intoxicated trying to sell a truck.
Upon arrival Deputy Edwards made contact with the subject and conducted field sobriety test at which time the subject showed obvious signs of impairment.
