Clay County, Ky - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On April 9, 2019 at approximately 7:30 AM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones arrested an individual on Highway 687.
Arrested was:
Wesley Wagers, 48 of Paces Creek Road.
The arrest occurred when Chief Deputy Jones was dispatched to a complaint that a male subject was staggering in the middle of the roadway on Highway 687.
Upon locating and making contact with the subject Chief Deputy Jones determined the subject was under the influence of intoxicants.
