Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Gary Mehler along with Sgt. John Inman arrested David Byrd age 34 of Manchester on Thursday night April 11, 2019 at approximately 11:11 PM.
The arrest occurred off Byble Road approximately 3 miles South of London after this subject was charged on a Laurel Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of flagrant nonsupport.
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
