London, Ky. (April 16 , 2019) -The Kentucky State Police is reporting that: On Monday, April 08, 2019 James Hacker was operating his Chevrolet Silverado on KY HWY 66 when he was struck by a Nissan Altima.
The Nissan Altima was being operated by Alfred Francis, 37 of Manchester, Ky.
J.D. 'Black Stallion' Hacker later died as a result of the collision.
KSP suspects drug usage and charges are pending against Francis.
