Clay County, Ky. - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: On June 5, 2019 at approximately 1:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson along with CSO Supervisor Dewey Grubb arrested Josh Shaffer, 27 of North Highway 421.
The arrest occurred when Sheriff Robinson was dispatched to an domestic assault complaint.
Upon arrival and through investigation it was determined that the above mentioned subject had assaulted the female victim.
Josh Shaffer was charged with:
- Assault 4th Degree (Domestic Violence)
