Manchester, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that July 3, 2019 at approximately 9:15 Am Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones arrested Melanie Azizpour, 43 of Warrior Hill Road.
The arrest occurred when Chief Deputy Jones received a complaint from Clay County CSO Jeff Cochran of a possible intoxicated female staggering in the middle of the roadway on Main Street.
Upon arrival Chief Deputy Jones conducted an investigation at which time the above mentioned subject was determined to be under the influence of intoxicants.
Melanie Azizpour was charged with:
- Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
