Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on July 9, 2019 at approximately 2:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Brian Gibson, 38 of Ice House Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Edwards was providing extra patrol on South Highway 421 when he encountered the male subject walking alongside the highway.
Through acknowledgment of the warrant system Deputy Edwards made contact with the subject, through confirmation with Clay County Dispatch it was confirmed the subject had outstanding warrants for his arrest.
Brian Gibson, 38 was charged with:
• Serving Clay County Indictment Warrant
• Serving Clay County District Warrant
• Serving Clay County District Warrant
