RICHMOND, Ky. (October 7, 2019) - A second arrest has been made in connection with the ongoing death investigation of April D. Arnett.
Ronald 'Doug' Crawley, 45 years old of Lexington, KY. was arrested on October 6, 2019, in Cave Junction, OR by Oregon State Police. He is currently lodged in the Josephine County Jail, Oregon.

RICHMOND, Ky. (September 11, 2019) – The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post is continuing to investigate the death of a woman that was found in northern Madison County on Saturday, August 17, 2019.
As a result of the ongoing investigation the Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post is seeking the public's assistance in locating Ronald "Doug" Crawley. Crawley is being sought in connection to April Arnett, whose body was discovered on the side of the road in Northern Madison County last month. Ronald Crawley, 45 years old of Lexington, who is wanted for Tampering with Physical Evidence and Abuse of Corpse is considered to be armed and dangerous.
