LONDON, KY (January 14, 2020) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Allen Turner arrested Charles N. Allen age 32 of Corbin on Monday night January 13, 2020 at approximately 9:50 PM.
The arrest occurred on Barbourville road, approximately 10 miles southeast of London after Deputy Turner was dispatched to a non-injury traffic crash there.
While enroute to the scene Deputy Turner was advised that the driver had exited his vehicle and was creating a disturbance with fire and EMS personnel already on the scene.
Upon arrival at the scene Deputy Turner conducted an investigation on the driver determining that he was under the influence.

Charles Allen charged with:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence fourth offense
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
