LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Hobie Daugherty arrested Ryan Segraves age 34 of Old Union Church Rd., London early Thursday morning October 22, 2020 at approximately 3:19 AM.
The arrest occurred off KY 770 approximately 10 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a male subject passed out on the sidewalk of a business there.
Deputy Daugherty located the suspect apparently stumbling and barely able to stand and conducted an investigation determining that he was under the influence.
Ryan Segraves was charged with:
- Public intoxication – Controlled substances
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
