Trafficking Arrests at a Motel near I-75 in Southeast Kentucky by Deputies Investigating a Drug Complaint

LONDON, KY (January 7, 2021) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Detective James Sizemore along with Deputy Landry Collett, Deputy Hobie Daugherty, and shift Sgt. John Inman arrested three individuals early Thursday morning January 7, 2021 at approximately 1:45 AM.

The arrests occurred at a motel off KY 770 approximately 10 miles South of London while deputies were investigating a drug complaint there and located three individuals two of which were found with three bags of suspected Methamphetamine, Scales and Pipes and one with an outstanding bench warrant regarding Drug Trafficking.

The arrested individuals were identified as:

In addition, the subject was charged on a Knox Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:

In addition this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court Bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:

Heather Huskey age 22 of Smith Bend Rd., Rockhold, KY charged on a Whitley Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest charging Failure to appear in court on charges of:

All three individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
