Police in Clay County, Kentucky Locate Burglary Suspect Attempting to Hide in a Closet

MANCHESTER, KY (January 14, 2021) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on January 13, 2021 at approximately 1:00 PM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones along with Deputy Paul Michael Whitehead and CSO Supervisor Dewey Grubb arrested Tony Dezarn, 46 of Highway 80.

The arrest occurred when Deputies located the subject on Crawfish Road in reference to a warrant of arrest through Clay County District Court.

The subject was located attempting to hide in a closet at a residence.

The subject was placed under arrested without incident. 

Tony Dezarn was charged with:

• Burglary, 3rd Degree (Warrant of Arrest)
• Possession of Burglary Tools (Warrant of Arrest)
• Theft By Unlawful Taking- All Others (Warrant of Arrest)
