LONDON, KY (January 14, 2021) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Bryon Lawson along with Lieut. Chris Edwards arrested William Mathews age 53 of London on Wednesday afternoon January 13, 2021 at approximately 3:45 PM.
The arrest occurred off Barbourville Road, in London, KY.
William Mathews was arrested on a Clay District Court warrant of arrest charging:
- Charging burglary – Second-degree
- Theft by unlawful taking $500 or more but under $10,000
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
