MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on February 13, 2021 at approximately 10:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Kelly Johnson arrested Alex Howard, 18 of Sugar Creek Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Johnson was dispatched to a domestic violence complaint.
Upon arrival, Deputy Johnson conducted an investigation at which time determined that the above mentioned subject had physically assaulted a female at the residence.
Alex Howard was charged with:
- Assault 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) - Minor Injury
