Complaint Investigation Lands a Clay County, Kentucky Man Behind Bars for Burglary

MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on April 15, 2021 at approximately 12:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Detective J. Kelsey arrested Jesse Cox, 42 of Upper Rader Road.

The arrest occurred on Lyttleton Church Road when Det. Kelsey received a complaint of a male subject that was found by the owner of the residence passed out in his vehicle.

Upon arrival and through investigation it was determined sometime earlier this date the subject had broken the window out of a vehicle and gained access to it.

Jesse Cox was charged with:

• Burglary 3rd Degree
• Burglary 2nd Degree
• Criminal Mischief 1st Degree
• Possession of Marijuana

This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
