Munfordville, KY – The Kentucky State Police is reporting that: On June 4th, 2021 just after 4:30 A.M. Kentucky State Police Post 3 in Bowling Green was contacted by the Hart County Jail in reference to an escaped inmate.
According to jail staff, an inmate walked away from a work detail at 100 Bluegrass Avenue in Horse Cave.
The escapee, Christopher Mazur, age 49, of Battle Creek, MI, is described as:
- A white male
- Brown hair
- Brown eyes
- Approximately 5'9” tall
- Weighs approximately 155 pounds
It is unknown what Mazur was wearing at the time of his escape.
