(Burlington, KY)—On Wednesday, February 6, 2013 the Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post arrested a Bracken County man in connection to a missing juvenile investigation out of Owsley County.
The juvenile, who had been missing since January 26, 2013, has been located and will be returned to Owsley County.
Robert Duke, 48 years old of Brooksville, KY, has been arrested and charged with one felony count of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor (Under 16). He will be transported to the Three Forks Regional Jail in Lee County. Additional charges are possible.
Detective Brian Bowman is the investigating officer and was assisted by other KSP personnel the Owsley County Sheriff’s Office and the Boone County Sheriff’s Office.
