Elmer Jones, 74, of Manchester, KY, passed away Monday, June 10th, at the Pikeville Medical Center.
Elmer was born in Covington, KY on March 30, 1945, a son of the late Bessie (Milburn) and Arlie Jones.
He is survived by his wife, Elois (Eagle) Jones; two daughters, Catherine Jones and husband Kenneth Hubbard of Manchester, and Charlotte Faye Robinson-Jones of London; and his son, Lee Jones and wife Tawana of London.
Elmer is also survived by three sisters: Bonnie Lawson and husband Clyde, Elva May Samples, and Alice Church and husband Ron; three brothers: Eddie Jones and wife Vickie, Jerry Jones and Denver Jones; four grandchildren: Sylar Hubbard, Brittany Jones, Christian Jones and Wendy Robinson; and one great grandchild, Aletphia Sizemore.
In addition to his parents, Elmer was preceded in death by his brothers, Steve Jones and Kenneth Ray Jones.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, June 16th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY. Burial will follow at the Jones Family Cemetery on Little Goose.
Visitation will be held 6:00 PM on Saturday, June 15th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY.
