Bonnie Lou Smith, 77, of Manchester, KY, passed away Sunday, May 11th, at the AdventHealth Manchester Hospital. Bonnie was born in Manchester, KY on April 14, 1948, a daughter of the late Bige and Lucy Smith Eversole.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Burchell Smith.
Bonnie is survived by her children: Arnold (Jeqita) Smith of Corbin, David Smith of Manchester, and Sheila Collins of Manchester; and her daughter-in-law, Dinah Smith of Corbin.
She is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: Jeff Eversole of Manchester, Robert Eversole of Garrard, Johnny Eversole of Manchester, Margaret Napier of Ohio, Betty Ann Marion of Indiana, and Phyllis Campbell of Garrard; by a special friend, Lucy Marion of Indiana; and by 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her son, Bige Smith; her son-in-law, Herb Collins; and by her brothers and sister, Melvin Eversole, B.P. Eversole and Ersella Eversole.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, May 26th at her sister Phyllis Eversole's house in Manchester, KY.
