Obituary for Rose Nell Roberts

Rose Nell Roberts of Stinnett, passed away Tuesday October 8, 2019 at the Wells Hospice Center at the age of 90. Rose Nell was born November 10, 1928 in Leslie County, KY., the daughter of the late, Brown Farmer & Dallie Smith Hacker . She had been a life-long resident of Leslie County.

Rose Nell was a devoted member of the Stinnett Gap Church of God for over 60 years. She enjoyed gardening, gospel music & shopping but most of all loved spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her beloved mother & step-father, Dallie & Keen Hacker, loving & devoted husband of 72 years, Floyd Roberts, sisters, Faye Bowling, Helen Burns, Margie Yates & Mae Gray & brothers, Bradley Hacker, Riley Hacker & Darrell Farmer.

She leaves the following relatives surviving, two beloved sons, Floyd Roberts, Jr. (Linda) of Huber Heights, OH. & Joey Roberts (Lois) of Stinnett, KY. & one beloved daughter, Sherry Ann Roberts of Stinnett, KY., brothers, John Hacker (Peggy) of Stinnett, KY., Matrend "Doc" Hacker of Stinnett, KY., James T.R. Hacker (Evelyn) of Stinnett, KY., Jr. Ray Hacker of Nancy, KY., Ronnie M. Hacker (Teresa) of Lexington, KY. & Hansley Farmer (Sue) of IN., sisters, Anna Ruth Napier (Eugene) of Stinnett, KY. & Wilma Barrett (Lynn) of Stinnett, KY., treasured granddaughters, Renee Roberts of Huber Heights, OH. & Jennifer Roberts Witt of Stinnett, KY., treasured great grandchildren, Connor Cross, McKenna Cornett, Courtney Silence & Morgan Witt & special friends, Belvia Roberts & Wilma Roberts. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends. 

Funeral: Sunday, October 13, 2019 @ 2:00 P.M. at the Stinnett Gap Church of God, Stinnett, KY.
