Donald E. Eckman of New Tazewell, Tennessee, formerly of Montgomery and Pine Bush, New York, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2019, in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was 70 years old.
The son of the late Douglas E. and Beatrice Tippet Eckman, he was born September 10, 1948, in Newburgh, New York.

He was born on Saturday, February 4, 1950 to the union of Rev. Leonard and Dora Bowling Hacker. He was a truck driver and a member of the Pentecostal faith.
