LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Landry Collett conducted a traffic stop on a silver colored BMW that failed to signal a turn and had no license plate on it early Tuesday morning November 10, 2020 at approximately 3:05 AM off Highway 770 approximately 10 miles South of London.
