Irvine, KY. (February 5, 2020) – The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post, has charged an Estill County man with multiple sexual related offenses as the result of an ongoing investigation.
KSP Post 7 was contacted on Thursday, January 16, 2020, and notified that someone allegedly uploaded explicit images and videos of two women to the internet without their consent.
As a result of the initial investigation, Brandon Gabbard, 33 years old of Irvine, KY, was arrested on Friday, January 31st, and lodged in Three Forks Regional Jail, charged with:
- 75 counts of Distribution of Sexually Explicit Images Without Consent For Profit
- 12 counts of Video Voyeurism
The ongoing investigation is being conducted by KSP Post 7 Trooper John Northern.
