LONDON, KY (October 30, 2020) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy James Fox along with Deputy Justin Taylor arrested Joshua Dallas Hart age 36 of Corbin early Tuesday morning October 27, 2020 at approximately 1:48 AM.
The arrest occurred off Terrell Road, approximately 12 miles South of London after this subject was charged on an arrest warrant.
Joshua Dallas Hart was charged on a Knox District Court bench warrant of arrest charging:
- Failure to appear in court on charges of harboring a vicious animal
- Criminal mischief – second-degree
- Cruelty to animals – second-degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
