MANCHESTER, KY (December 18, 2020) - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: On December 18, 2020 Deputies with the Clay County Sheriff's office were dispatched to a wooded area off Sizemore Park Road in the Horse Creek Community in regards to a male subject that had been located.
Upon arrival, Deputies located a deceased male subject who was identified by family members as Joey Mills, 58 of Sizemore Park Road.
Mr. Mills was reported missing on December 15, 2020.
The body will be transported for an autopsy.
