LONDON, KY (February 15, 2021) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Justin Taylor along with Deputy Landry Collett arrested Roger Michael Fuston age 54 of Cumberland Falls Hwy., Corbin on Sunday night March 14, 2021 at approximately 11:20 PM.

The arrest occurred off US 25 approximately 10 miles South of London following an investigation conducted by deputies on a white colored Chevrolet Impala and it's occupant.

Deputies located:

  • A glass smoking pipe with a crystal like residue
  • A quantity of suspected Methamphetamine

Roger Michael Fuston was charged with:

  • Possession of a Controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
  • Possession of Drug paraphernalia

This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
