FAIRVIEW, OR - Multnomah County Sheriff’s is reporting that on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, around 3:45 A.M., Multnomah County Sheriff’s patrol deputies received a report of a shooting on NE Lakeside Drive in Fairview.
When deputies arrived, they located one adult male with a single gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.
Based on the investigation, deputies believe the shooting was likely self-inflicted.
The adult has since been released from the hospital.
The investigation is ongoing, and no further information will be released at this time.
