Police in Manchester, Kentucky arrest an Indiana Man in possession of a stolen Harley Davidson Motorcycle

MANCHESTER, KY - The Manchester Police Department is reporting that on Thursday, September 16th, 2021 at approximately 10:30 P.M. K9 Officer Ryan Jackson conducted a traffic stop on a black Harley Davidson motorcycle on the 4 lane for having an improper registration plate.

Upon running the license plate through Clay County 911, it came back to a Honda motorcycle, different than the one it was on.

After running the VIN on the Harley Davidson motorcycle, Officer Jackson learned that it was stolen out of Washington County, Indiana.

The operator, Ryan Tuddy (right), 39 of Orleans, IN was charged with:

  • Receiving stolen property $500 < $10.000
  • Improper registration plates
  • Serving warrant for court (Clay District)

This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
