LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Drug Interdiction Unit Justin Taylor along with Drug Interdiction Unit Landry Collett and Deputy Tommy Houston arrested William Lee Milburn age 28 of Callaway Road, Mount Vernon, KY early Thursday morning March 17, 2022 at approximately 12:07 AM.
The arrest occurred on US 25 approximately 10 miles north of London following a traffic stop conducted on a tan GMC Sierra for traffic violations.
During the stop deputies found the driver in possession of suspected Heroin, suspected Methamphetamine, and a set of digital scales.
William Lee Milburn was charged with:
- Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Heroin
- Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
